Start your journey as a certifiedLEGO SERIOUS PLAY Facilitator

Change begins with participation – and that’s exactly what the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY Method makes possible in a unique way: every voice is heard, thoughts become visible, and solutions are created together.

In this comprehensive training, you are empowered to apply this approach independently: for teams, organisations and projects that strive for real change.

You’ll learn not just the technique, but how to design tailored workshops that meet the specific needs of your clients.

What to expect? Four intensive days full of practice and substance

In my training, you will:

– gain an in-depth understanding and hands-on experience of the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY Method in its current version 2.0

– learn to effectively combine and apply the core process and the seven application techniques

– complete a fully designed strategy workshop and a team workshop, ready to use immediately

– understand and manage group dynamics and challenges that arise during workshops

– internalise the etiquette and core beliefs of the method

– grasp the scientific foundations that make the method so powerful

After these four days (around 36 hours), you’ll be fully equipped to design and confidently lead your own workshops.

How does the learning approach work? Practice before theory.

In the training, hands-on experience always comes first:
Each learning unit begins with a practical exercise, followed by the theoretical explanation.
This way, you don’t just understand how the method works – you also discover why it’s so effective.

During the training, you’ll co-create a tailored workshop together with one or two other participants.

Through this group work, several complete workshop formats are developed, presented and discussed. You’ll be able to use them afterwards as inspiration and as a foundation for your own practice.

After completing the training, you will have:

R

two ready-to-use standard workshops (Strategy Workshop & Team Workshop)

R

plus several self-developed workshops from the group work

R

plus the methodological knowledge to design new formats independently and with flexibility.

This means you’ll be perfectly equipped to create and facilitate your own customised LEGO SERIOUS PLAY workshops.

Who will guide you through the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY training?

In 2016, I was certified as a facilitator by Robert Rasmussen, one of the two main developers of the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY Method.

I was later trained as a trainer of the Association of Master Trainers by Per Kristiansen and Robert Rasmussen; the very two who were instrumental in developing the method and founding the Association of Master Trainers in the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY Method.

Today, I conduct the official Foundation Training across the DACH region and internationally.
You’ll benefit from:

– my training with the two main developers of the method

– many years of international practical experience

– a learning environment fully focused on individual development
