The Association of Master Trainers in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method

How quality makes the difference in LEGO SERIOUS PLAY training
The Association of Master Trainers in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method stands for the highest training standards worldwide.
It was founded by Robert Rasmussen and Per Kristiansen– the leading developers of the method itself.
Their goal:
To pass on the method in its original, most effective form – with depth, impact and practical relevance.
Only carefully selected trainers deliver this training worldwide.
Currently, there are just 19 authorised trainers: All have been personally selected and thoroughly trained by Robert and Per.
What makes the Association of Master Trainers’ training so special?
– Depth over surface: You don’t just learn how the method works, but why it works.
– Practical relevance: All trainers remain active as facilitators, ensuring a direct link to real workshop practice.
– Consistent standards worldwide: All participants are trained to the same clear standards and with the same curriculum.
– Sustainable quality development: Trainers themselves complete a multi-year qualification process and must continuously demonstrate their expertise.
– Connection to the origins: Training delivered by trainers who work directly with the developers of the method.

What does this mean for you as a participant?

After the training, you’ll speak the same ‘methodical language’ as facilitators around the world.
You’ll become part of a professional network of certified LEGO SERIOUS PLAY facilitators.
You’ll gain access to peer exchange, support and ongoing professional development.

Become part of a strong global community
With your certification, you’ll join a vibrant international community of facilitators who work according to the same principles: openness, quality, practical depth and genuine participation.
